Here’s a Step by step - and the process of each and every order

Step 1

Place your order, all we ask is for you to confirm is your size and a brief description in the NOTES SECTION of what you would like to be included on your item or product. Example: Design idea, names, number, dates, address, occasion etc.

You will receive confirmation of your order.

Step 2
With your information, we will then create a few designs for you to choose from and send to you via Email, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, whichever is your preference to approve or inform us of any changes, requirements

Step 3 - Your work is done
When you’re happy and approved your design, we then proceed to engrave or print depending on item.
Upon completion you will then receive another photo, prior to arranging delivery, installation or sending.

Pride of place - your order is now complete

Step 4 is over to us Customers always get piccies of their installs, beautifully gracing their new homes. Or if your item is being posted, you will receive photos of item packed and proof of postage, tracking number etc.

With photos sent to you as soon as complete too, prior to packing for delivery, sending or install. Your kept up to date every step of the way.

We always go that extra mile, offer free local delivery (10 mile radius from Blackwood South Wales) plus a full installation service with all our House Plaques, within a 50 mile radius.
